Have you ever had a technical question or needed research assistance, but you didn't know where to turn or who to ask? We provide the answers you need.

"Ask an Expert" is a hotline service included in our electronic newsletter, Powerlines. It includes technical, marketing and problem-solving services that LG&E and KU provide to you, our valued customer. There is no usage limit, all questions and answers are held in strict confidence, and answers are typically issued within 24-48 hours.

In addition to the "Ask an Expert" hotline, Powerlines includes an online portal that includes libraries and databases of business, technical, and engineering documents and resources. The portal also includes:

  • targeted research tools
  • company profile information
  • workplace posters
  • benchmark industry data
