Owln is a retired military veteran who joined the Key Accounts team after 20 years of active-duty service with the United States Air Force, where he managed civil engineering operations. Williams joined the LG&E and KU in September of 2022 as part of a transitional internship program and became a fulltime employee in April of 2023.

In his role, Williams advises critical customers pertaining to expansions, business growth, billing, and sustainability goals. He manages more than 50 national level-accounts and commercial industry customers, including Kroger, Wal-Mart, Archdiocese of Louisville, Oldham, Shelby and Bullitt County Schools and Jefferson Community and Technical College.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus, and two Associate of Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. Williams has a background in industrial maintenance, welding, teaching, facility maintenance, equipment operations, project management, and construction. He is also an active member of (AFEP) Armed Forces Energy Partners.

Williams grew up in the Oldham and Trimble County, and now resides with his wife and two children in LaGrange, Kentucky. His hobbies include family, kids’ sporting events, and the great outdoors.
