Things to consider when paying your bill

Some customers may use third-party services that allow users to pay many monthly bills at one time. It’s important to keep in mind that LG&E and KU cannot control when your payment is received if you’re using a third-party service.  Be sure to also allow ample time – we recommend 7 business days – for payment processing if you’re using a third-party service or mailing your payment.

Customers should obtain proper assurances before allowing anyone other than the account holder to pay your bill.
