A happy Thanksgiving is our fondest wish for you

Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away, so we’re taking the opportunity to wish you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving. We also want to let you know our customer service business offices and call centers will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25, in observance of the holiday.

Your monthly bill payment is never due on a day our offices are closed, but we do offer a variety of options if you want to pay it, check the due date or review the bill.

  • Use our mobile app. (Download the app if you don’t have it yet.)
  • Sign in to My Account or go to my.lge-ku.com to easily create an online account.
  • Use our automated payment system. Call us and press 1- 2-1 for account balance and payment due date. Press 1-2-3 to make a payment.

Please note our technicians will be on the job as always to make sure you have the energy you need and to respond in the event of any power emergency. And you can still call us for outages or other emergencies.
