Here’s to a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday!

The calendar says October, and that means Thanksgiving will be here before we know it! We’re wishing you and your family a safe and happy holiday next month, whether you celebrate at home or with loved ones near and far. Remember our call center will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29, allowing our employees to enjoy the holiday with their friends and families.

While your bill is never due on a day our office is closed, be sure to use our mobile app (search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores) or sign into your online account (My Account) if you want to conduct other business with us on those days. Our automated phone system is also an option. Simply call us and press 1-2-1 for your account balance and payment due date. To make a payment, press 1-2-3.

Finally, our technicians and other employees will be working these holiday dates to ensure your natural gas and power needs are met and to be ready to help in case of emergencies.
