Training day for award-winning customer service

For us, the work never stops to ensure our customers receive top- quality service. To help reach that goal, our call center will be closed February 17 so our customer service team can receive additional training.

Remember you can always conduct business with us 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our handy mobile app. (Download the latest app version by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in the app stores.) You can also use your online account, My Account. (If you haven’t done so already, you can easily create an online account.)

Finally, despite the brief closure on February 17, our technicians and other employees will be ready to help with any energy needs or emergencies.
