Fall is the ideal time to service your heating system before winter weather arrives. Routine maintenance helps keep your home warm, safe and energy efficient.

Pre-season tips:

Schedule an inspection: Have a licensed HVAC technician inspect and tune up your furnace or heat pump to prevent midwinter breakdowns
Replace air filters: Clean or replace filters monthly (or use the manufacturer’s recommended schedule) to maintain proper airflow and lower energy costs.
Clear vents: Keep furniture, rugs and drapes away from supply and return vents to ensure warm air circulates freely.
