If you suspect a natural gas leak, ALWAYS leave the area immediately.

Then call 911 and LG&E.

To contact LG&E, call 502-589-1444 or 800-331-7370 and press 1-1-1.

Even though our call centers will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Nov. 26-27, you can still manage your account 24/7 through our automated phone system or our mobile app or by accessing our digital self-service tools through my.lge-ku.com.

Note: You can still report emergencies via phone, and our hardworking field technicians and emergency response crews will be ready to respond to emergencies or urgent energy needs.
