Forget the envelope. Forget the stamp. The easiest way to pay your monthly bill is to go paperless. It takes just a minute or two to set up paperless billing – just download our mobile app, register your account and follow the prompts to sign up. It’s quick and easy.

Once you are signed up, you’ll get an email each month with a summary of your bill showing the current amount due and the payment due date. There’ll also be a link where you can view your complete bill and make your payment safely and securely.

Paperless billing is even more convenient when you pair it with My Notifications (also easy to do using our mobile app). Every month you’ll receive a reminder about your bill by text, email and/or voice call – whatever is your preference. And you decide when you want to be notified: when your bill is ready to be viewed, five days before payment is due or one day past the due date (only if the payment has not been received).
